Strong20 Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Strong20 program (“Program”), you (“User”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before beginning the Program.
1. No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Participation in the Strong20 Program does not establish a doctor–patient relationship between you and Strong20, its creators, or any affiliated professionals. The Program provides general fitness information for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have specific medical questions or concerns, you must consult with your personal physician or another qualified health professional.
2. Medical Clearance and Physical Readiness
By enrolling in or using the Program, you affirm that:

You have been evaluated and cleared by a licensed physician to participate in exercise programs.

You are physically fit and do not have any condition that would prevent you from safely performing the exercises outlined in the Program.

You understand it is your responsibility to seek medical guidance before beginning any new exercise or fitness program, especially if you have a history of chronic disease, injury, or other health concerns.
3. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk
You understand and accept that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, or in rare cases, serious medical events. By participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may arise from following the Program.
4. Limitation of Liability
Strong20 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program. Your use of the Program is at your own risk.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results may vary. Strong20 does not guarantee any specific outcomes related to fitness, weight loss, blood sugar control, or reversal of diabetes.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the Program, including videos, written guides, and workout plans, are the intellectual property of Strong20 and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written consent.
7. Modification of Terms
Strong20 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Program website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
